In his earlier capacities as Managing Director for the Wall Street firm of Unterberg-Harris and as Vice President for Lehman Brothers, he gained a wealth of experience with investments in small and medium-sized companies. Mr. Cooper holds an M.B.A. from Vanderbilt University and a B.A. from Harvard University.
