Bruce D. Sullivan

Mr. Sullivan possesses nearly 40 years experience in the accounting and audit fields. He served at Ernst & Young as the Managing Partner of the Nashville, Tennessee office, and for a number of years, as an Audit Partner for which he served as the client service executive for Jefferson-Pilot. He has been instrumental for conceptualizing and forming numerous companies, many of which have become public. He has served as the client service executive for SEC companies primarily in the insurance, real estate, construction, manufacturing and health care industries. Mr. Sullivan holds a B.S. from David Lipscomb University.
